WORK EXPERIENCE VOLUNTEERS
We Rise is a Brixton based social enterprise that empowers young people to create successful futures. We are looking for young BME editors, film-makers and social media creators to help us showcase our offer for corporates for youth led social media films that engage young people about job opportunities and apprenticeships. We are looking for people available in July to make an example promo film. We then want to build a network that can then work on future project commissions.

WOMAN WITH A MOVIE CAMERA SUBMIT EVENT
This June, the BFI take the chance, now that time has passed since the #MeToo movement, to reframe the conversation around opportunities, criticism, conservation and resistance for women in the screen industries.
In the second edition of the Woman With a Movie Camera Summit - their centrepiece event dedicated to women in film - they welcome filmmakers, academics, scholars, activists, writers, critics, artists, programmers and audiences to explore this notion with them and, hopefully, propel the conversation further.
Expect interviews with filmmakers and practitioners, live panel discussions, rousing talks and playful events taking over every screen, room, nook and cranny of the BFI Southbank.
